Dear Allen,
I have a question about 'negative consumer price inflation'. Does consumer price inflation refer to the "growth rate" of consumer price?? If so, does negative consumer price inflation mean that the consumer price is still growing but in a decreasing way??I think that there is a difference between decreasing consumer price and increasing price in a decreasing way. Which one is correct?? Thank you for your reply!!

I asked you a question of selling bad debts after today's lesson,but I still got confused.
You said that when banks have bad debts,they would sell those bad debts to the asset management,then the asset management will issue government-guaranteed bonds.And after that,I am confused.After issuing the bonds,which party will receive the investment(money) from the bond buyers??? the banks or the asset management?? And when the bonds come to maturity,which party will repay to the bond buyers?? And why the asset management should repay the banks when the maturity comes???
when the banks sell their bad debts,do they receive any money from the asset management?? or the asset management just represents the banks to collect debts??
